Overview
Sooraja KS earned her BFA in Painting from Kerala University in 2012 and her MFA with First Rank and Distinction from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2015. She also holds a Kerala Teachers Eligibility Test (KTET) certification (2018).
She has received several accolades, including the State Award from the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi in 2017 and an Honorable Mention in 2013. Sooraja has been granted support for various exhibitions, including a 2023 grant for a Contemporary Group Art Exhibition and a grant for her solo exhibition in 2020-2021.
Her artistic journey features numerous group and solo exhibitions, including the Kerala Lalithakala Akademi State Exhibitions from 2013 to 2019, and her work has been showcased across India.Sooraja KS lives and works in Kochi.
