We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and may use Google services. These platforms place cookies and tracking technologies on this website that allow us to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant content to people who have visited the site or expressed interest in the gallery.

This may involve sharing hashed contact information with these platforms to match audiences. It does not involve sharing your identity, your purchase history, or details of works you have viewed or acquired with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

You can limit this through your browser cookie settings, and through the ad preference controls offered by Meta and Google.

6. Confidentiality of Collectors

The identity of buyers and the details of their acquisitions are treated as confidential. We do not disclose who owns a work, or what a work sold for, without the collector’s express consent — save where disclosure is required by law, or where a work is being exhibited or published and the lender has agreed.

7. International Transfers

Some of our service providers operate outside India. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and with applicable law.
