Overview
Muskaan Singh ingeniously weaves references from her village and culture, aiming to articulate the myriad social, cultural, and political confrontations inherent in contemporary urban life. She earned her Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) degree from Shiv Nadar University, Greater Noida, in 2018 and her Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from the College of Arts & Crafts, Patna University, Patna, in 2014. Singh’s practice has been featured in various group exhibitions, including Things Are Vanishing Before Us, Bikaner House in Delhi, 2023; and international exhibitions like Idea Travel Faster Than Light, London, 2020 and 8×4. फूल फूलना शुरू कर देंगे, Sala Rekalde Gallery in Bilbao, Spain, 2019. Her solo exhibitions include the MFA Solo Show, and the Kiran Nadar Museum (KNMA), Greater Noida, 2018.
Currently based in Delhi, India.
