Overview
Fawzan Husain is a self-taught documentary photographer, creative artist, teacher, and organic farmer with 38 years of experience. His work has been published globally and exhibited in leading galleries.
After earning a journalism degree, Husain honed his craft at Mid-Day and India Today, traveling extensively across India. He has held eight solo exhibitions and 12 group shows, with works in collections at The Museum of Fine Art, Houston; Kiyosato Museum, Japan; and NCPA, Mumbai.
Author of Between Bombay & Mumbai, The Silver Screen & Beyond, and Mumbai in Lockdown, Husain also teaches photography at leading institutions and has delivered a TEDx talk on Re-discovering Photography.
An organic farming enthusiast, he cultivates sustainable produce at his farm in Dahanu.
