নীরব ঘর (silent room)- IV

This series of work is about small inner stories that we carry but don’t always show. Through
each image, I try to draw a quiet moment of love, care, memory, and observation. It is like a
soft dialogue happening inside, something we feel but don’t speak.

Sumaiya uses a cloth like a handkerchief, which makes the work more personal and closer. It's something we keep with us, holding emotions, hiding, and remembering.
There is also a missing image, a hidden dream house, and drawn lines.   

A play of presence and absence waging inside and outside. This absence is important, showing how some feelings and memories are never fully seen, only felt. A “ghost” is this inner life we carry, made from our experiences, surroundings, and situations. It is like a quiet, visionary life that exists inside us, often hidden.
