Overview
Digvijaysinh Jadeja is a visual artist based in Vadodara, whose practice spans painting and printmaking. His work explores the intersection of memory, dreams, and lived reality, weaving figurative narratives and atmospheric landscapes that reflect both personal introspection and collective experience.
He holds a BFA in Painting (2021) and an MFA in Printmaking (2023) from M.S. University, Baroda. Jadeja’s solo exhibition Perception of Realities was held at the India International Centre. He was awarded the prestigious MacDowell Fellowship (2024), along with the Prof. V.S. Patel Gold Medal and C.R. Das Gupta Memorial Gold Medal for excellence in printmaking. Additional honors include the CCRT Young Artist Scholarship (2023), Hyundai India’s Art for Hope grant (2021–22), and the Prafulla Dahanukar Kalanand Merit Award (2022). His work was also featured in the Kochi-Muziris Students’ Biennale (2021) and numerous group exhibitions in India and abroad.
Born in India, he currently lives and works in Vadodara.
