Overview
Jayanti Rabadia, born in Dhoraji, Gujarat, completed his painting diploma from Vallabh Vidyanagar and a Post Diploma in Graphic Arts and Mural Painting from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara. He also participated in an exchange program at the Glasgow School of Art, Scotland.
Jayanti has received numerous accolades, including a Gold Medal and Centenary Year Prize from the Bombay Art Society, an Honorable Mention from the National Lalit Kala Academy, and a Junior Fellowship from the HRD Ministry of Culture. He has exhibited widely and completed several mural projects in India and abroad.
He has also served as an Associate Professor and Head of the Painting Department at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Vadodara.
Currently based in Vadodara.
