Overview
Deepanjali Shekhar, born in 1991, holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Fine Arts in Printmaking from Visva Bharati University, Shantiniketan. Her work has been featured in numerous group exhibitions across India and abroad, including Anthology on the Annexe at Gufa Art Gallery, Ahmedabad (2024), and The Resonating Narratives at Gallery 78, Hyderabad (2023). Other significant shows include Art Mela at 105 Arts, Chandigarh, and Pristine at Priyasri Art Gallery, Mumbai (both in 2022). She has also participated in prestigious events like the Samsara Art Festival in Shantiniketan and the 7th Kahal Art Fair in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Deepanjali has been active in various workshops and residencies, including the Summer Residency at Space Studio, Baroda (2024), and printmaking workshops at Kikari Art Foundation, Hyderabad (2017).
Currently based in Baroda.
